Amanda Bryen completed her Master of Psychology (Clinical) thesis in the area of Prevention and Treatment of Perinatal Depression. Amanda's thesis research showed that many new mums feel well supported throughout pregnancy, however once the baby is delivered they are often pressured to leave the hospital and then may feel alone & uncertain at home. It is in these vital first few days & weeks at home that Caring 4 Mums aims to assist new mums, in their own environment, to gain infant care skills and management techniques that can improve mums, bubs, & dads confidence. Amanda is passionate about supporting pregnant & new mums in the early days & hospital visits can be requested where assistance is provided right from the start. Caring 4 Mums service is for pregnant women, new mums, babies, and children up to the age of 11 (primary school). Helping you to be confident and happy parents!
